产品描述：STYCAST E 151-13是一种无溶剂，烘箱，单组分环氧树脂密封剂，具有良好的绝缘性能，具有永久弹性，优异的耐热冲击性和耐冲击性，良好的长期耐湿性和电性能。独特的固化特性允许长搁架在室温下的寿命和在70℃至80℃的工作时间，并且在95℃至140℃的温度范围内快速固化。超过MIL I 16923E，C型的所有电气要求。
应用：STYCAST E 151-13是电机，线圈，变压器和其他绝缘应用的密封剂。低粘度和优异的润湿性能允许完全浸渍小型紧密卷绕的线圈或大型铸件。
治疗时间表：放热：非常轻微。 STYCAST E 151-13可以在没有不良热影响的大型铸件中固化，不会因放热而限制铸造尺寸。但为了尽量减少固化时的应力，大部件应在120℃以下固化。
储存和处理：存放在阴凉处，未开封的容器中，以延长保质期，避免颜料沉降。如果颜料沉降，轻轻搅拌或滚筒，采取预防措施以避免空气滞留。
Product Description :STYCAST E 151-13 is a solventless, oven cured, one component epoxy encapsulant with good insulation properties, featuring permanent resiliency, excellent thermal shock and impact resistance and good long term moisture resistance and electrical properties.Unique cure characteristics permit long shelf life at room temperatures and working time at 70°C to 80°C, coupled with rapid cure at temperatures in the 95°C to 140°C range. Exceeds all electrical requirements of MIL I 16923E, Type C.
Applications :STYCAST E 151-13 is an encapsulant for motor, coil,transformer and other insulation applications. The low viscosity and excellent wetting properties allow complete impregnation of either small tightly wound coils or large castings.
