Rectangular Duct Forming Machine II / Auto duct coil line II / consists of a metal coil feeding device (2 sets un-coiler with 4 coils plates), leveler and grooving rolls (flatting & beading), angle notching device, cutting equipment.
The electrical control system uses a computer which combines with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and stabilization of the line. Full ducting manufacturing functions can be actualized depend on the software.
The square duct auto-line maximum working speed can be 16m/min, and adjustable. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8 mm. The feeding frame can be set as the customer’s requirement. With its lower investment and line working highly-efficient, the duct manufacturing equipment is suitable for a medium sized duct factory specially.
